Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your dashboard. No questions asked. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then it stops. No retention calls, no friction.
What counts as a "call scored"?
Each transcript or recording you upload and run through the scoring engine counts as one call. Roleplay drills don't count — you can run unlimited drills on every plan.
Do my reps need accounts?
No. Reps access their drills via a link you send them — no login required for reps on Starter and Growth. Their drill completion still flows back to your manager dashboard automatically.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately — you get the new features and the difference in price is charged on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
What if I have more calls than my plan allows?
You'll be prompted to upgrade in-app the moment you hit your limit. We never delete your data or cut off access mid-month — your existing reports stay accessible, you just can't score new ones until you upgrade or the next month rolls over.
Is my call data secure?
Yes. Transcripts and reports are encrypted at rest in Cloudflare KV, scoped to your customer ID, and never used to train any model. We don't share data with anyone. You can request deletion of your entire dataset at any time. Audio files are processed by AssemblyAI (SOC 2 Type 2 certified) and deleted from their servers within 24 hours of transcription.
How is this different from Yoodli or Gong?
Yoodli only scores roleplay practice sessions — they don't score real customer calls. Gong records and transcribes real calls but doesn't tie misses to revenue impact or detect rep-invented moves.
